TeamViewer Support

For software support using TeamViewer, a filled out privacy policy is required.

Please print out the privacy policy and send it signed to the indicated address.


It might be necessary that an employee requires remote access to your installation of the Optra®Dent software during support cases. For remote access the software TeamViewer is used. Please click on the link below to download a personalized TeamViewer client. The client does not require an installation and can be deleted after the remote access.
